Control
How Managed Edge works
One customer experience. Replaceable network adapters underneath.
The visible service stays simple: identify the problem, recommend a bounded fix, require approval when needed, apply the action, and write a receipt. The adapter underneath can later target an approved MikroTik, managed router, or other supported edge.
Execution
Adapters perform only supported actions
The first public preview uses an isolated digital twin. Pilot adapters can later translate the same approved contract into router-specific changes.Memory
Support history survives the technician and the phone call
Requests, approvals, before-and-after state, results, and rollbacks remain attached to the managed site.Service direction
INTIGNAI owns the reusable control platform. AirBand owns the customer service relationship.
That separation lets AirBand build a differentiated managed service without coupling the public offer to one router vendor, one automation tool, or one future integration.
